Fetch doesn't seem to suffer from this issue at all. Why would such a low-level feature be slower from one version to another? And finally. That still doesn't explain why scrolling would be slow at all. What's even stranger is that it performs better on a fresh install but it's still poor. 300 milliseconds before any scrolling happens and when it does start scrolling it's so slow as to not reflect the speed at which I'm tracking. The application is more or less unusable for me because of the speed of the scrolling.
